Welcome to PriceMyGame. By accessing or using pricemygame.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What PriceMyGame is
PriceMyGame is an informational tool that estimates the resale value of Fortnite accounts and cosmetics based on publicly observable marketplace data. We do not buy, sell, broker, or escrow accounts. We do not facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a marketplace.
Not affiliated with Epic Games
PriceMyGame is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and all related marks, logos, and content are the property of Epic Games. We reference them only for descriptive and informational purposes under principles of nominative fair use.
Estimates are informational only
Prices and rankings on the Site are estimates derived from public marketplace data and statistical models. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not appraisals, investment advice, financial advice, or guarantees of resale value. Actual transaction prices vary based on many factors outside our control.
You should not make purchase, sale, or financial decisions based solely on information from the Site.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest the Site without our written permission
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any non-public component
- Use the Site to violate the rights of third parties or applicable law
- Submit information that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or contains malware
Third-party platforms and Fortnite Terms
Fortnite’s own Terms of Service prohibit the buying and selling of accounts. PriceMyGame does not encourage you to violate any third party’s terms. You are solely responsible for your own compliance with Epic Games’ rules and the terms of any external marketplace you choose to use. We are not a party to those terms and we accept no responsibility for actions you take on third-party platforms.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, code, text, charts, and original analysis, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use, republication, or modification requires our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be obtained from using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed USD 50.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection laws, and otherwise by the laws applicable to the operator of the Site. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
